We only accept orders for weekend delivery.

Please note, we are unable to offer specific delivery times, but all orders are generally delivered between: 12pm to 4pm.
Please ensure you have given us your correct address and given your mobile number with your order as our driver will send an SMS once the order is on the way.
Cut-off Time: 1800 Thursday for the following weekend delivery.

Special Order
Special order with amount over $200 can be placed during the weekdays and receive free delivery. To place a special order, please contact us via phone or email, we will get in touch with you for more details.
Cut-off Time: 5 days prior to delivery date.
Order In Advance
You can select the delivery or pickup date for the coming weekend on the Checkout Page.
If your preferred delivery or pickup date is not available, please provide your preferred delivery or pickup date in the "Additional Delivery Note" section of the Checkout Page.
Responsibilities of Recipient
The recipient should be available to receive the delivery on the day of delivery. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the customer gives Smile At 1st Bite the “authority to leave” which means the box will be delivered outside the residence and or workplace (only if it safe to do so). Smile At 1t Bite does not take responsibility for orders left unattended and which become ‘melted’ or ‘compromised by insects’. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the cake is collected and consumed and/or refrigerated (this is ticked as part of our terms and conditions during checkout).
Occasionally situations arise which are out of our control resulting in slight delays. We cannot accept responsibility for these unfortunate events but assure you that every effort is made to ensure your goods arrive on time and in perfect condition.
Should the delivery address supplied by the customer be incorrect or insufficient details (including contact details) are provided, Smile At 1st Bite cannot accept any responsibility. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of order.
Apartment or Unit Complex
We can deliver your order to apartments and units. Please clearly note the unit number when placing the order. Please ensure that the recipient is home to accept the delivery. If the building is secured, and the driver cannot get in, we have authority to leave in a safe place.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
Wrong Address Provided
If you have made an error in address, please contact us immediately using the contact us form on the home page and we will make the necessary changes for you if the order hasn’t already been booked for delivery.
If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we cannot accept responsibility for the error, no refund will be arranged.

If you are missing something from your order and you didn't get a substitute of similar or higher value, please email smile1stbite@outlook.com with your order number, we will process your refund request within 24 – 48 hours.
